Hello, I'm new to BP and excited to be a part of this amazing community. We have 8 properties (SFH & multi family) in Dayton Ohio that we are looking to sell. Properties are in need of rehab but amazing opportunity to buy in areas that are being revitalized! Please contact me for details on each property.
