Amazing advice Paul thank you so much. To your point of primary residence is there a min/max requirement on how long you have to live in the home? I've seen conflicting info on this. Is it up to the lender or does FHA have set rules that I've missed?

Any tips as I start the 203k process? Also, Searching for great lender that’s familiar with these loans since I have read they can be complicated.

Hello, I'm new to BP and excited to be a part of this amazing community. We have 8 properties (SFH & multi family) in Dayton Ohio that we are looking to sell.
