@Chad Dickenson The two most important things for anyone to quote you on a hard money loan for a fix and flip opportunity are:

  • Your FICO Score
  • How many investment properties have you bought and sold in the last 3 years

Depending on your experience we can typically secure 90% LTC up to 75% ARV. Rates for experienced flippers with 25+ flips can be as low as 6.75% where as rates for a 1st timer could be upwards of 11% and most investors with some experience will land somewhere in the middle.
