Im looking for someone with "lazy" money to fund deals I come across in Massachusetts to fix and flip or buy and hold. I find them and you fund them (100% of the purchase and 100% of rehab) for a 75%(lender)/25%(me)profit split. I have a team of GC's, Attornies and Agents at my disposal ready to inspect, close and find deals. I have about a year and a half since I opened my real estate business in the state but have yet to close on my first deal using my own capital.
