Can you lease option a property you currently have under contract for a lease option? 

hey so I just started using reipro and I just ordered over 200 postcards to be delivered to vacant leads and I was wondering if the "vacant" lead section in leadpro is legit or did I just waste my money? 

hello, everyone, I'm looking for a business partner who would be willing to fund 10%-20% of the downpayment for bridge loans for fix and flip deals I come across in Massachusetts. willing to split profit 50/50

Im looking for someone with "lazy" money to fund deals I come across in Massachusetts to fix and flip or buy and hold. I find them and you fund them (100% of the purchase and 100% of rehab) for a 75%(lender)/25%(me)profit split. I have a team of GC's, Attornies and Agents at my disposal ready to inspect, close and find deals. I have about a year and a half since I opened my real estate business in the state but have yet to close on my first deal using my own capital.

it's in forest hills around eastern Cleveland, 394 Cleveland Rd currently I have not secured funding but my contract for deed is assignable if I cant secure funding

damn, 120% that crazy im just stuck now trying to find funding for a deal im working on that would be my first seller financed deal if I cant secure funding im gonna have to trash the deal since the seller doesn't want all cash upfront.

it's livable as it stands but I dought anyone would want to stay there in its current condition. I want to rehab the whole exterior with new siding and trim. and remodel the kitchen and bath maybe get some new flooring in there nothing extensive.

I was wondering if you can get a heloc with a property that needs work done?
