Looking for Loan Enhancer - Commercial Office Building Off Market

I am looking at a fully occupied office building that has room for some value add and will offer our team as onsite management.    

We are leasing the space and found out it is just about to hit the market.  

I am looking for someone that will help secure financing, but will handle putting the deal together and bringing in addition capital as needed through a syndication.   

Estimated value 1.5 M     

We would act as on-site management that will further ensure the asset is performing   At the highest level possible.

We also have 500 units of off market opportunities that we are considering future syndication/value add in market rate MF.   Great opportunity for someone that is looking for a team to put deals together and has liquidity or ability to secure financing.
