For weekdays i charge $30 an hour,Weekends its $50. flat rates for simple jobs can be negotiated. i can work on any project that doesn't require permits or licensing. Plumbing repairs, Fixture repairs/replacement, simple electrical work, drywall, basic framing, painting, cabinetry, Tile, Trim Etc.
