Hello All,

I have a property under contract in the Savannah MSA. It is a medical office property with just under 4-years remaining. The property tenant is an OB/GYN and Internal Medicine facility and is a subsidiary of HCA (Ba2 Moody's). The expected returns are as follows: 

Quick Points on Opportunity:

Expected Preferred Return: 8%

Distribution Schedule: Quarterly Payment

Expected IRR: 13.4%

Expected Return on Equity: 52.4%

Expected Hold Period: 5-Years
