I have other rental property in this town and we constantly have people wanting to rent. Trying to sell this to buy another property. We just remodeled this. New roof, floors, paint, lighting, etc.

    That looks to be pretty far away from big areas (halfway between Dallas and Shreveport).  Is there a good property manager in the area?  Is someone working it for you now?  I own properties in Louisiana and Texas but I don't manage anything myself.
