I'm pretty new to BP but I'm excited about the opportunities this network can provide. I'm a Realtor in Indianapolis and an aspiring investor. I want to provide my service to you whatever it may be. Property managing, viewing houses for those potential out of state investors or doing the legwork for a local investor that's looking to scale.  I know that Indianapolis is an attractive market due to the affordability offered and maybe the only thing keeping you from investing here is the lack of knowledge of our market and the "boots on the ground" that I can provide. I'm driven and motivated, looking to learn on the way so that I can make some deals for myself down the road. Lets grow in 2019 together!

Hi Adam,

I'm new to BP too and wanting to have some people on the ground in the US as I am currently in Australia. My wife and I are looking to add to our investments in the US. Indianapolis IN is one place we believe the numbers make sense for buy and hold.

We are just getting set up with structures and are looking for realtors and property managers who we can work with to put everything in place. Our plan, God willing, is to be in the US in March to meet with people in order to build our team and to go from there.
