• We are looking for a Chicago-based intern to support our growing real estate business. The business is growing and tasks are mounting, and thus we need help.
• This job is for someone that wants to learn all facets of real estate (acquisitions, financing, rentals, pro-formas, property management, leasing, etc).
• This person needs to be able to perform activities during the middle of week-days (e.g. going to look at a property, meet a contractor, etc).
• Furthermore, this person will assist us with growing our short-term rental business (e.g. airbnb), including guest communications, cleaning coordination, daily pricing, etc.
