I am currently in search of wholesalers in the following cities, Cincinatti, OH, Kenosha, WI, and Omaha, NE. I am interested in small multi family 2-4 units in C class or better neighborhoods. I will gladly go for the ugliest house in the good neighborhood. I am an out of state investor working with SD 401k funds.
