Liquidating part of Indianapolis Portfolio - TK & Value-add

We are currently liquidating part of our LLC portfolio in order to continue investing. We have many great cash flowing properties. Some SFR and some Multi-family. Average cash on cash return is around 10-12% after calculating expenses. We have some properties that have already been fully rehabbed and some that will be sold as-is. All come with equity. Please give me a call or shoot me an email if you have any questions. I'd love to get in touch and share these opportunities. I am only looking for fair win-win deals and am fully transparent. I have no interest in taking advantage of any investor. Don't hesitate to reach out.
