Investment opportunity to get a fixed 11.6% annual return over the next 22 1/2 years backed by a secure asset!

The note was purchased as a non performing note and was modified. Since the modification, the note has been performing for 2 years.

The property owner still owes roughly $68,000 and I am selling the note for $58,500 which will yield 11.6% annually. The property is tax assessed at $74,000.

If you know someone that may be interested, we will give you a $500 referral fee if they close on the note!

Please feel free to contact me for additional details! (210) 580-6446

Best Regards,

Kenny J. Garza
