I've utilized rent-o-meter and the results are great! The options listed above by the other members are also solid. As mentioned by Ed, nothing beats a property management company/individual or realtor, location plays a huge role in this.

The property owner still owes $68k on the property and I am selling the note for $65k which will yield a 9.6% annual return for the next 23 years. The property is tax assessed at $74k.
