**TURNKEY - Redford (near Detroit), MI - Great ROI**

Selling an assignable contract for this property.

Great property in a hot flipping and rental market.  The Seller requests that the tenant stay in the property as long as they are paying.  This is a section 8 at $770 per month, and the government is paying $764...that's right :-)

Also, there is property management in-place that has been managing the property for the past 3 years and they only charge $80 per month. The expected ROI on this is over 10% and all you will need to do is buy and collect. Performs much like a Blue Chip stock.

Not trying to be rude but that house is in Detroit. Not Redford. These are very different markets.
