Not trying to be rude but that house is in Detroit. Not Redford. These are very different markets. 

How do you know if your tenants are paying the water bill on time when you own multiple properties? I have a copy of the bill sent to me each billing period but I dont know if they are behind until the next bill comes 2 months later. Is there a way to set up a notification for when they pay?
