8-10% passive returns backed by real estate as collateral

Instead of putting all your money in high risk investments like stocks or low risk/low return investments like bonds and CD's, consider being the bank for owner financed houses.

My company sells houses with owner financing and as one of our investors you would simply be the bank and make passive income. You would have a first lien position on the property, just like a bank gets, so that your investment is protected by the house as collateral.

If you would like to hear more you can contact me via this forum discussion.

Thanks,

Hansen
