Looking for 2nd Airbnb Condo in Scottsdale AZ

I'm currently looking for a 1, or 2BR furnished condo or co-op in Scottsdale  AZ, to set up my second Airbnb property. I will consider unfurnished but my preference is furnished. My budget is about $1200.00 per month. I am willing to sign a 6 or 12 month lease. I do currently have one property open and its almost sold out thru March. I would really love to move in by mid November if possible.
