Off market rental or quick flip in Highlands subdivision of Cedar Hill. This is a 3/2/2 brick home and is very close to Joe Pool Lake. All of our comps sold either at or above list price. Very low days on market area with homes selling in 15 days on average. Sold price per square foot is $122-124. Our comp on 450 Ranier does not have a garage and sold in 5 days.
