U.S. Post Office vacancy list by State

We are working on extracting a nationwide list, BY STATE, of vacant property addresses (according to a nationwide U.S. Postal service database). We are doing this State by State) and will sell any State's list for $39. (we are releasing Illinois first). Please contact us with the state(s) that interests you, and we will make the state(s) a priority to add.

Accurate as of Sept. 2018! This is an EXCLUSIVE list of vacant addresses as reported vacant by the United State Post Office. When a U.S mail carrier has determined that a property is vacant the mail carrier notifies the post office to designate the property as “Vacant, do not deliver. This designation is primarily designed for mailing houses. By accessing this U.S. Postal database, mailing houses can save money by not mailing their items to address that the U.S Post Office had deemed “non-deliverable”, do to vacancy. This list is EXCLUSIVE because we have reversed engineered the U. S. Postal Service Vacancy Database, to generate this list to benefit real estate enthusiasts that purposely want to target vacant addresses – for the sole purpose of purchasing or marketing to the vacant addresses. Once a database is ready for the given State, you will be able to a city, by city summary of the number of vacant address on the State's list before ordering. (see the Illinois summary, as an example: https://www.ibuyany.com/product/usps-po-il-vacant/ )

We have zero knowledge of anyone pulling the Nationwide data from the official US PO vacancy database. We welcome any challenge OR any claim to our exclusivity of this data. If ANYONE KNOWS of another service from this EXACT source... US PS Vacancy database; by STATE and NATIONWIDE..., please post them here for confirmation. I see a lot of claims in forums, but not a single SOLID alternative source of this EXACT DATA SOURCE has been listed for qualification.   We will post results of any CHALLENGES in this thread, verified and NOT VERIFIED!!!! We have been data mining for investors since 1989 (see our Chicago Tribune Article on our website), and will not be outdone!

Thank you.
