We're aggressively concentrating on solid data (on what addresses are vacant), that we can deliver at a very competitive price, Nationwide for each State. Skip tracing can then be done for whatever specific city/neighborhood within the State to get additional information.

I see a lot of claims in forums, but not a single SOLID alternative source of this EXACT DATA SOURCE has been listed for qualification.   We will post results of any CHALLENGES in this thread, verified and NOT VERIFIED!!!! I have a lead on a Cook County tax foreclosure (2 year owner redemption is up in 15 days): how can I as an outside investor, get the actual redemption amount required so I can gauge my offer (or can only the homeowner get this?) to the owner? 

I understand that may be a small fee to gather this information?
