Hey team, I have some older overseas based clients looking to retire from the USA. All homes are currently performing assets with no issues. PM me with your EMAIL for details I am currently spreadsheeting them. Some duplexes but mostly SFR's, good locations and mostly 3 to 4 bed 2 bath brick homes!! Pricing and closing dates etc. all have some flexibility.
