Looking for a rehab manager for my Philadelphia property

Hi guys.

I'm about to close on my first deal in real estate on monday. It's a townhouse in Philadelphia that needs some cosmetic work (floors, paint, kitchen) and minor utility upkeep. I'm a college student and want to be hands off, so I want to hire a project/rehab manager to take care of this for me so I don't have to be at the property on a daily basis. My timeframe for the rehab is under 30 days ideally. Message me if you are an experienced professional rehab manager or know someone who is please.

@Daniel Golub curious about the lawyer part for closing. Not typically needed in PA but perhaps you have a specific reason?
