I currently have an Off Market deal with three options. You can Buy and Hold, Fix and Flip, or Owner Finance to a potential homeowner. Rehab will go towards cosmetic updating and very slight foundation (pier and beam). Resale comps have low DOM, and there were not a ton of rental comps but I think you can pull $1200 easily per month. Tax Roles are incorrect. I have walked the property and it is a full 3/2.
