Evening BiggerPockets,

Currently looking for any commercial lenders in the New Orleans, LA and Slidell, LA area. I have found a deal, which seems to be great, but I am quickly running out of ways to create a large amount of money in order to put down for a private money lender and cannot seem to find enough creative ways to make this deal happens. Im sure that I have missed something when it comes to financing this deal, so all help is appreciated.

@Loenard Mermea be aware that this property is in a flood zone, be sure that you have calculated this in your expenses. I have found zero properties that will cashflow to my satisfaction (minimum $100 per door) after expenses (repairs, vacancy, capex, management)

Good Luck!
