Currently seeking a FHA 203k lender in the New Orleans area or in Louisiana. I know the the process can be tedious, therefore looking for a vetted lender, who can provide me with the all necessary information in order to make my second deal workout. Any recommendation are welcomed and appreciated.

Good morning @Kimberly Jones. The property is a 7-plex. Its is divide in three building, in which two build contain three, 3 bedrooms and 2 bath and one building contains one, 3 bedroom 2 bath. Currently looking for any commercial lenders in the New Orleans, LA and Slidell, LA area. I have found a deal, which seems to be great, but I am quickly running out of ways to create a large amount of money in order to put down for a private money lender and cannot seem to find enough creative ways to make this deal happens. Im sure that I have missed something when it comes to financing this deal, so all help is appreciated.

Hello to the entire community of BIggerPockets. Im Leonard Mermea, currently I am finishing up my real estate license for the state of the Louisiana. I am doing this in order to have some slight knowledge while trying to succeed in the real estate business. Currently, I do have a full time job and plan on continuing working until I can fully rely on my capabilities to support my financial independence.
