Property details:

Has adjacent lot (may or may not be buildable but did have barn on it at some point. Investor to do due diligence if buildable)

Needs roof

Needs exterior repair/replacement of eaves, trim, windowsills and clapboard - then painting

Laundry room needs to be gutted.

Older windows but all work great and are in very good shape.

Basement has cement flooring & is dry.

Oil heat - furnace is 4-5 years old. Same with water heater

Wood floors throughout. Some need refinishing but are all solid.

Kitchen and baths need updating
