I have a property in the Longview Heights subdivision. Great neighborhood. Quiet and well kept up. Property is a nice size and corner lot. Will need a full rehab. Asking $10000. Financing for purchase & rehab is available. Also owner financing is available. $7000 down with $250 a month for 12 months. If you're looking to purchase properties in the Memphis area, any area please reach out. I come across off market deals daily.
