Seeking Mentor/Partner near Metro Boston

Hello fellow Real estate investors

I am newbie Real estate investor here in Boston, Ma (Middlesex area). I’m currently a Real estate agent with two years of experience and knowledge of my market. I have been researching real estate strategies and plans for the past three months and I have came to one conclusion….. I need a mentor!!!

What I bring to the table……..
- I have asses to 40K-50K in cash
- I have a decent background in construction
- I’m a future Bentley University school of Business grad (but would happily put all things aside to purse REI)
- The dedication, drive and work ethic of a Spartan
- Licensed Real estate agent with asses to MLS
- Construction connections

I’m currently working on a coherent business plan and would like to connect with some one that can help me see my vision through. I plan to invest in short term profits with flips and eventually begin to grow my rental portfolio. I’m looking to start investing ASAP, so please message me if you’re interested……..

The difference between me and many other newbie investors is that I’m not afraid of making calculated risk…..

Thank you,

Samuel Rymer
