I have a 3BD/2BA single family home in Detroit. This property is located near 8 mile and Livernois. The owner bought too many houses and ran out of money. They started the rehab but nothing is finished. Their loss is your gain! 

The bathroom has been tiled. They started lying the hardwood floor down on the lower level. Newer roof.
