Off Market Properties in ATLANTA

I CURRENTLY have an assignable contract on a few properties in Atlanta, Marietta and 4 properties in Decatur.

I am a licensed agent in GA and have justified comps in all of these areas. We are selling around 40-50 properties a month in GA. I work with beginning investors, full time flippers and even some larger funds in the area. Whether you are looking for rentals or fixer uppers, I am confident that I have some deals that will make sense to you. Would love to chat at 678-677-5943

Doesn't New Western Acquisitions have the biggest buyers list in Atlanta?  Why can't you move these properties to your existing clients?

Why not post the deals here so we can see what kind of deals your firm offers?
