I'm new to Tennessee and looking to beef up the real estate portfolio with rental properties. I need a hunter. Seeking great deals. I also need someone who has lived here a  long time and educate me on some of the neighborhoods. This is a long term relationship, so let's do coffee and figure out if this partnership makes sense.
