I operate a corporate housing company that helps business travelers find housing while they’re here in Knoxville on 3 to 6 month assignments.

Seeking 3 bed, 2 baths SFRs in working class neighborhoods that have a good mix of home owners and rental properties (ideal mix would be a 50/50 ratio) where the market rents are at least 1% of the retail sales value in the area.

Fantastic event last night. The housing shortage here an Knoxville is a very interesting and very real problem that we face. Going into the meeting, I did not take the tiny house movement very seriously. But the reality is, it had the potential to be a very viable solution to the problem. And a potentially big opportunity for investors. It’s something everyone should at least stay abreast of.
