Multi Family with vacant lot in Elizabeth NJ for sale

This multi family I bought completely redone from the bank a month ago, but does now need some repairs which is why im offering at the price its listed. It comes with a vacant lot which can be turned into a four family as i have searched with the city and the zoning dept for future plans but in the meantime can be used for parking for tenants (extra income). It has an appraised value of $285,000.00. Willing to consider best offer.
