Hi I have a probate list an attorney numbers. I plan on writing the attorney a letter and giving him/her a call. Any advice on what I should say or write?

Appeal to the attorney's pecuniary interests, i.e. tell him or her that you are a cash buyer, that you can convert the house that is in the estate to cash, and that the cash can then be used to pay off the heirs and to handle expenses, including attorneys' fees. Lawyers will be more likely to expedite estate matters if they know that they will be paid.
