Hi, I know Navy Federal did take long. I only wanted them because they have the 20 yr draw.

What is the best way to find a investor friendly attorney?   I’m new to the Atlanta Georgia area. I plan on doing subject to deals, lease option, land trust and buy and holds. HELP 😁

Now that I have my heloc from Navy Federal yeah me I’m sourcing out banks that do not require a loan to be seasoned before Refi. Should I just call small banks and ask them how long after I purchase can I Refi? Your input will be appreciated thank you
