                          We've got some of the best off-market deals in Indianapolis. Here is one of them right now!

Hi BP,

We've got a brand new deal, available for assignment. It's a group of undeveloped residential lots on the west side of Indianapolis, just outside of 465 and south of Rockville Rd. They are located directly north of the Amazon Fulfillment Center.

In total, this group contains 2.8 acres of land and 23 unique parcels. It looks like a handful of these parcels are made up of multiple lots, so once they are subdivided, you'll likely have 32 buildable lots to work with.
