This is a large single family house in Peterborough NH

Needs new roof on main house.

Roof leaked a few months back that caused some water damage in an upstairs bathroom/laundry room. The leak has been covered with a tarp. Some mold possible.

Has city water & sewer.

Needs interior paint

Needs wallpaper removed

Needs light drywall repair

Furnace runs great but is old. - oil heat.

Many windows need to be replaced

Electric water heater is only 5 years old.

Basement is dry

Needs carpets throughout many areas.

Kitchen and bathrooms potentially need updating.

Hard wood floors on main level need to be refinished.

Some asbestos piping in basement (about 15’)

Front cement stairs need some repairing.
