Owner financed beachside property for sale. It can be held as long term rental, Rentometer.com says estimated rent is $1,995. Or Use as a vacation rental. House is 5 minute walk to beach or 5 minute walk to the river. It would make a great personal residence as well!

House is for sale at $159,999. ARV is $336,000. The property is a fixer upper. Repairs are estimated between $101,000 and $105,000. Repairs needed are foundation repair, pool resurfacing, interior updating.

Terms are 8% Purchase price for down payment. 4.9% annual interest rate based on 30 year fixed rate mortgage. Payments are PITI and paid to a 3rd party loan servicing company. Buyer has the option to make a balloon payment after 36 months.
