Strong rental in Arlington. House sits as a 3/1 currently. I suggest adding a 2nd bath and shooting for higher ARV. House needs to be trashed out, and that is apart of the estimated rehab. Electrical panel is messed up. I have no idea if it just needs put back together or if there is a bigger issue. I have given a estimated rehab to repair everything. Should rent for $1200 once renovated. Contact me for more information.
