One Quick idea for how to select a Market 2018

When I do a market review this is the first step I take. Then any city within 10 to 15 mile from one of these major cities shows promising future projected  market data for investing.  I only invest on Multifamily commercial apartment buildings but I have noticed this first step market selection also works for SF investing.  There are many more steps after this. But I just wanted to share this with BP family.
