I Need Funding for Apartment Building

I have a 22-unit apartment building under contract in the Shaker Square area (Cleveland, OH). I got it at a great price and I'm looking for an equity partner. I need the funds for a short period of time (6 months max) in order to reposition the property and resell it.
If you are interested and you're a legitimate private money lender please respond to this post.

This is an actual deal and I'm the actual buyer.
