I have a 22-unit apartment building under contract in the Shaker Square area (Cleveland, OH). I got it at a great price and I'm looking for an equity partner. I need the funds for a short period of time (6 months max) in order to reposition the property and resell it.

I've been looking into Mark Evans' 2-day Deal-a-Thon seminar. He claims that he has a system to ramp up your business and dramatically increase the number of deals you do.

Does anyone have any experience with this guy? Looking for input so I don't potentially waste money on another "guru" who doesn't deliver. Thanks in advance.
