I have a CASH buyer interested in North Carolina, we are only looking for 3+ bedrooms/2+ bathrooms with 1,100+ sqft. in the Triad(Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem), Triangle(Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill), and Charlotte. Properties need to have an all in price of no more than $150,000 including repairs with a CAP rate of 10% or better.
