Get this condo and make yourself a solid AirBNB property.  Osage Beach is one of the best spots on the The Lake of The Ozarks and is close to all the attractions, restaurants and shopping in the area which makes it desirable.  This unit is right on the lake.  There is no dock with the unit, but get access to the pool, club house and laundry facilities.  Unit just needs some easy TLC, furnishing, and decorating and it will be good to go.  Other units in the building fetch $100 a day on AirBNB and that rate goes up as summer approaches and the peak season.
