Hi everyone, my wife and i are currently in search of our first fix and flip and I'm wanting to explore buying An off market property, distressed property or from a wholesaler in order to open up a few more options. Any specific companies or real estate professionals in denver you recommend contacting who sale these types of properties in Denver? Thanks a bunch!!

I'd recommend partnering up with someone. Be very careful with wholesalers. Run your own numbers on the deal, please. Too many new people are getting burned out there.
