Looking for a Private/Hard Money Lender for fast close

I'm looking for a private money or hard money lender for a quick turnaround on a single home purchase in a Bay Area, CA suburb. This is for a purchase & rehab with an exit through refinancing.

We have excellent credit and are experienced investors. The house is a good deal and if I don't move quickly I will lose it.
