Seeking multi fam in Jersey City / Newark

Hi,

New to bigger pockets so any help is greatly appreciated.

 I am a hard money lender and licensed real estate agent. I'm actively looking for a live-in multi unit property in the Jersey City / Newark. 

If anyone has any leads on these types of properties or can connect me with someone who does I would be super grateful.
