Looking For Private, Cash Lenders For Off Market, Multi Deal

I've got 3 multifamily properties that I'm working to obtain financing on. All three are cash flowing and excellent, newer buildings. I'm putting capital up myself and am looking for additional $170k+. We can discuss the properties further and how to establish an equity partnership or hard money loan. Private message me!
